My happy place

It has been a very long time since I could say that drawing has been a happy place for me. For decades I have had a huge mental block against drawing. It has taken a lot of work to get past that block, but I am finally starting to see the fruits of that work. Nick and Rhoda have been such great friends and so supportive of me as an artist and I could not have done it with out them. And of course, all glory to God. Below is the drawing that I did today. These are all being done in pencil and charcoal and on a 11x14 tablet.
